How do I reset my password? Open the app, go to Settings → Account, and tap "Reset Password". You'll receive an email with instructions.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data.

How do I export my receipts? Go to Settings → Export Data. You can export as CSV or PDF for your accountant.

The scanner isn't working. What should I do? Try taking a clearer photo with good lighting. You can also manually add items. If issues persist, contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad to manage or cancel.
